About Project

Installation of new solution for Martin & Conley – update to components currently in place.

Martin & Conley are well known as being IT heavy with the work they undertake and the reliance on communications / IT throughout their business. Client was complaining of the time taken when a new member of staff was taken on / left the business. Solution was the server / active directory and all accompanying services along with a brand new VOIP solution for them. All works to be carried out overnight in London on a given date.

The client, Martin & Conley, a long serving customer of On IT who take our IT support services requested we setup a central file store, and an easy way to manage new users / remove users who left the organization. In addition we were to replace old end user device hardware with new, updated machines, whilst installing a complete new network infrastructure for them. Whilst we were installing new equipment, they also agreed now would be a good time to renew the phone hardware on site at the same time.
